Take everything one step at a time. Although goals are an important aspect of learning and development, your purpose is not just to get there.

As every passing moment holds a nugget of wisdom. An opportunity for joy and peace.

When you dance, your purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It’s to enjoy each step along the way.

Beneath the chaos, darkness and heaviness of life, there is always light. And without enjoying life one-step-at-a-time. You may miss your opportunity to see it.

The space in which light filters through is small at first. But by observing each step, it will grow brighter.

And with practice, instead of fearing the fear, you will experience more joy and bliss in your daily life. Another reason to be mindful and take things one-step-at-a-time.

Wrap it up, learn from it, leave it in good hands.

And we also need to have an idea of what the next thing is. But if we spend too much time focusing on the next thing, we’ll neglect the thing we’re currently doing, to ill effect.

Trapeze artists spend all of their time focusing on transitions, as they’re a matter of life and death.

If we begin by acknowledging that there’s going to be a next thing, perhaps we can learn to develop the skills and focus we need to get
